To register a Foundation under the Foundations Act 2016 is simple and will not take more than one day. There is a prescribed form (FFR1) and no prior Government approval is required.

The Application is made to the Registrar of Foundations through a licensed trustee company, in Form FFR1, accompanied by the Charter of the Foundation, the registration fee of US$200.00 which is fixed and Declaration by Registered Agent.
